Rev. W. Hall believes everyone will be thoroughly enriched by the Word of God that is so profound, but yet plain enough to understand, and yet applicable to your life on a daily basis. He believes that the Word of God will stimulate changes on the inside that speak for themselves on the outside!

Willard is the son of O. C. Hall & Lillie Bell Harris of Monroe, Louisiana where he was born, raised, and baptized at an early age. Willard has 6 siblings; Lillie Louise, Katie Mae, and Gloria of Monroe, Louisiana; Charles of California; Two Deceased: Clare Bell & Johnnie

Willard was raised in the Baptist Church in Monroe, Louisiana.
On January 21, 1996 he was ordained as a Deacon at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, by Pastor, Rev. C. L. Taylor, I.

He is currently a member of the Resurrection Non-Denominational Church ("RNDCI") in Grand Prairie, Texas where he serves as Co-Pastor, Chairman of Deacons, and Treasurer.
